UFC 320 Fight Card

In his first title defence, Magomed Ankalaev faces the man he took the belt off, Alex Pereira, in the main event of UFC 320.

In their first fight, there was no doubt that Ankalaev was the better fighter; however, it was clear to fight fans that Pereira didn’t unleash his full potential, as they knew he was capable of doing so. A lot had been said about how Pereira was spending his time; that is to say, they didn’t think he wasn’t training, but rather doing a lot.

There would be no doubt that Ankalaev will want to prove he didn’t get lucky in the first fight, prove all the doubters wrong, and show why he is the undisputed Light-Heavyweight Champion.

In the co-main event, Merab Dvalishvili defends his Bantamweight Championship against Cory Sandhagen. Since defeating Sean O’Malley for the title, Dvalishvili has gone on to fight and defeat Umar Nurmagomedov and O’Malley for a second time.

Sandhagen has been around the top of the Bantamweight division for some time; he just always seemed to be that one victory away from becoming a title challenger. But now he has a shot to dethrone the Bantamweight king.

In a Light-heavyweight title eliminator, former champion Jiří Procházka takes on the number four-ranked fighter, Kahlil Rountree Jr.
